We are delighted to share the exciting news that the Institute of Botany after A. Takhtajyan of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia has become the first member of the International Union of Forest Research Organization (https://www.iufro.org/).
 IUFRO is a non-profit, non-governmental international network of forest scientists, which promotes global cooperation in forest-related research and enhances the understanding of the ecological, economic and social aspects of forests and trees. It unites more than 15,000 scientists in around 630 Member Organizations in almost 120 countries.
