A new bridge of cooperation between Yerevan and Rome

Collaboration between the Institute of Botany, named after A. Takhtajyan, at the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, and the Department of Environmental Biology of Sapienza University, along with the Botanical Garden of Rome, represents a significant step in fostering environmental scientific cooperation between the two countries.
  Within the framework of this collaboration, mutual visits of scientists, joint scientific and educational programs, and grants aimed at wildlife conservation are planned, emphasizing the willingness of both parties to cooperate for scientific and practical results.   Of particular importance will be the joint projects and experience exchange initiatives aimed at ex-situ conservation in the botanical gardens of Yerevan and Rome.” Collaboration between the Institute of Botany, named after A.
